Reporting infringement
Send a written notice to [email protected] that identifies the copyrighted work, identifies the allegedly infringing VodSpot URL or content with enough detail to locate it, provides your contact details, and includes statements that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized and that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury.
The notice must include the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent. Incomplete notices may delay action. We may forward the notice and contact information to the affected customer.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice identifying the removed content and its former location, stating under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken, providing your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction and service of process required by applicable law, and including your signature.
Where the applicable process permits, content may be restored after the statutory waiting period unless the claimant informs us that court proceedings have begun.
Repeat infringement and misuse
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly submitting a materially false notice or counter-notice may create legal liability. This policy is informational and is not legal advice.
