Can I see who watched my private video?
You see how many people watched, for how long and whether they finished, plus which files were downloaded. Viewers don’t need an account. If you turn on email access (Pro and Studio), each viewer confirms their email with a one-time code and you see their views and downloads by name.
Will I be notified when a client downloads files?
Yes. VodSpot emails you when files are downloaded from a delivery, and sends a weekly summary of workspace activity.
Are analytics included on every plan?
Yes. Basic analytics are included on every plan, with more detailed delivery analytics on Pro and Studio. See pricing.
Do embeds count views too?
Yes. Views of embedded players are recorded alongside views on share pages.
Can I export analytics for a report?
Yes. On Pro and Studio, export views, watch time and downloads to CSV — per video and per delivery page.
Can I see where viewers are from?
On Pro and Studio you see viewers’ country and device type, and the websites where your embeds were played. VodSpot doesn’t store viewers’ IP addresses.
