Free trial
The seven-day trial does not require payment details and does not auto-convert to a paid subscription, so there is no trial charge to refund. Trial content is deleted after the three-day post-trial grace period if no paid plan is activated.
Voluntary refund windows
You may request a refund for a first monthly charge within seven days of purchase, or for a first annual charge within 14 days of purchase. A recurring storage add-on follows the same window as its billing interval. Unless required by law, renewals, partial periods, usage overages, and accounts suspended for abuse are not refundable.
Refunds are returned to the same payment method used for purchase. Processing time depends on Creem and the payment network. Approved refunds may end the related subscription or add-on entitlement immediately.
Consumer rights
If mandatory law gives you a longer cancellation or refund right, that right applies. Consumers in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may have a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to lawful exceptions for digital services begun with consent.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the account address with the workspace name, transaction or invoice identifier, purchase date, and reason. Do not send card details. Creem, as merchant of record, may contact you or complete the refund through its customer portal.
